Rodeo Productions is an independent production company specialising in the development, production, and general management of high-impact, large-scale theatre and live entertainment. With a strong reputation for delivering ambitious, high-quality productions, Rodeo works across a wide range of genres and international markets, with world-leading composers, creatives and writers.

Recent credits include Come Alive! The Greatest Showman Circus Spectacular (London); the global hit musical & Juliet (West End, UK Tour, Germany, Australia & Singapore); Duncan Macmillan’s Every Brilliant Thing (West End); Sam Holcroft’s A Mirror (West End); Indigo (Curve Leicester); the critically acclaimed Operation Mincemeat (UK Tour); and the transatlantic production House of Life (London, NYC & Oslo).

Founded by Rebecca Quigley and Aidan Grounds, Rodeo also provide executive producing and consultancy services to major entertainment companies and creative institutions, including The Seelig Group, Working Title, The Roald Dahl Story Company, Tilted, Sheep Soup, and P3.

Rebecca Quigley

Rebecca is Producer and Co-Founder at Rodeo Productions.

Prior to forming Rodeo Productions, Rebecca was the CEO and Producer of Greene Light Stage. Before joining Greene Light Stage she was the Managing Director and Producer at Stage Entertainment UK, where her credits included the first UK productions of Made In Dagenham, Sister Act and Hairspray; General Manager for Working Title Films, where she managed the original multi-award winning Billy Elliot the musical and General Manager for Tiger Aspect, where she managed the Olivier Award winning musical Our House. Rebecca began her production career working for Andre Ptaszynski at Pola Jones.

She currently sits on the boards of the Society of London Theatre (SOLT) and National Theatre Productions.

Aidan Grounds

Aidan is Producer and Co-Founder at Rodeo Productions.

He is also Chair of Reading Rep; a Trustee for Stage One; and a member of the Advisory Board for The Women’s Prize for Playwriting.

Prior to Rodeo Productions, Aidan was Associate Producer and General Manager at Greene Light Stage where he general managed & Juliet in the West End and produced James Graham, Jake Shears and Elton John’s Tammy Faye.

He was previously Executive Producer at Curve Leicester and he has worked in his hometown of Southampton at both Nuffield Southampton Theatres as Director of Creative Programmes and MAST Mayflower Studios as Creative Producer. He has also worked in the fundraising team at the Young Vic, with music company Air-Edel, and with producer Thelma Holt CBE. He was the inaugural Executive Director of Reading Rep which he started while studying at Oxford University. Aidan has been supported by UnLtd and EY’s Accelerate Programme for social entrepreneurs..

He is proud of his Vincentian and Indian background.

Saskia Baylis

Associate General Manager

Saskia has previously worked as Producer at Norwich Theatre, including on their co-productions with Carlos Acosta Nutcracker in Havana and On Before, and pantomimes Aladdin and Cinderella. She has also worked for Melting Pot as Associate General Manager, and at the Shaftesbury Theatre as Administrator. She co-runs OpenHire, a volunteer-led campaign for hiring freelancers fairly. She graduated from Cambridge University with a degree in English.

Jess Bradley

Assistant Producer

Prior to joining Rodeo, Jess spent three years at Sonia Friedman Productions where she worked on the London and international productions of Harry Potter and the Cursed Child as well as Mean Girls and Patriots. She has also worked as an Assistant Production Accountant at the BBC and as a runner for the Production Guild.

Jess graduated with a Music degree from Oxford University and is the Co-Founder and Producer for the London chamber choir, MOSAIC.

Ros Cranmer

General Manager

Prior to joining Rodeo, Ros was General Manager at Crossroads Live, where she managed several West End, UK and International touring productions including, Chicago, Cats, 42nd Street, Waitress, Grease and Annie.

She was previously General Manager for Broadway Entertainment Group looking after productions of Matthew Bourne’s Swan Lake, Tap Dogs and Beauty and the Beast, and Nick Grace Management working on the arena production of Batman Live.

Other credits include Priscilla Queen of the Desert, Love Never Dies, The Sound of Music, and The Wizard of Oz, all for Really Useful Theatre Company, and Footloose, The Vagina Monologues, Stones In His Pockets, High Society, Annie Get Your Gun and The Reduced Shakespeare Company for Mark Goucher.

Victoria Gagliano

General Manager

Known as Tori to friends and colleagues, the native New Yorker studied Stage Management at Boston University and has worked as a Company Manager Off-Broadway on the North American premiere of Tribes and Every Brilliant Thing, as well as Hit the Wall, Buyer & Cellar and The Flick.

In 2016 Tori relocated to London to produce comedy and cabaret, transferring the long-running NewsRevue to the West End for the first time in 2018.

Since then she has managed large-scale immersive shows with Secret Cinema, BBC, and Live Nation.

Joe Leather

Production Associate

Joe studied Law at Durham University and Musical Theatre at the Royal Academy of Music. They have performed in shows including Jersey Boys, Oklahoma! and Punchdrunk’s Sleep No More, and on screen for Britain’s Got Talent and The Last Leg. They are an Offie Award-winning writer and drag artist who provided lyrics and script for Queenz: The Show With Balls, Comedy Gold and Queenz: Drag Me to the Disco!
